YAY!!! Yesterday, I got to go to the Valley of Fire National Park with my Papa. We had to leave early, around 8:30 in the morning though... and I'm glad we did. We were forced to leave at 2:00, because it was just too hot (108 degrees) for climbing around anymore. I did climb a lot though and the scenery was amazing. What really sucked though, was that I accidentally stuck my hand in a cactus plant. OUCH! It really hurt. But luckily, there was a family there who carried around first aid. Phew! It took 15 minutes to get out all of those tiny needles, but we did it! Plus, I don't have any swelling or itching today. Yippee! I got some amazing pictures, as you can see, and hopefully with post most of them in the next little bit. It was beautiful, but extremely hot. Wow! I almost got heat stroke! But, yay! I love rock climbing!
